It’s almost a week since the two doctors from South Boston have been killed and the killer’s motives are still unclear, says the police. Really? You find a rucksack full of expensive jewelry ( I saw some of the facebook photos of Lina Bolanos and in one she had a necklace made of black pearls and a massive gold flower pendant) close to the door, ready to be taken by killer and they say don’t know the killer’s motives?
Once a robber, always a robber
Teixeira, the man who was found in the apartment and is supposed to be the killer, has been convicted twice for bank robbery – why do they think his motive to kill them was a different one?
Also, first they (POLICE) published that the victims and the killer may have known each other, but later that there is not “evidence at this point to conclude Teixeira had a personal relationship with Field or Bolanos”. The prosecutor Conley also said that Teixiera “may not have known the victims.”
I believe the first statement is true because it looks like Teixeira was a former concierge of their building from October 2015 to April 2016. Enough time to see them everyday passing by him, entering and leaving their South Boston penthouse condo and spot Lina Bolanos’ expensive jewelry she may have worn. I mean, that’s why she bought them, right? Or maybe they were a gift from her millionaire fiance, how could she kept them locked in the jewelry box and not wearing them?
After leaving the jail, Teixiera probably wanted to make money the easy way, that’s his “American dream” which some naive judge let him to live when decided to jail him for 364 days in order not to be deported to West Africa where he was born to. Legal non-citizen immigrants who are convicted of crimes with a sentence of 365 days or more are deported.
He may have thought they would be a good target to do a successful robbery and may have remembered Lina Bolanos expensive jewelry and where she lived together with her fiance, Richard Field.
And as he worked once in their building, it was pretty easy for him to gain access to their condominium. For sure, he knew they lived at 11 floor and looks like he even had a key from their luxury apartment. The police found the keys on the floor outside the door and used them to enter the unit, when nobody responded to their knocks on the door. If the keys were outside, perhaps Teixeira unlocked the door with them.
The killer planned to avoid justice and throw the cat in the other’s farm
The message on the wall it must have been to incite the police in error, thinking they had enemies who wanted their death, so that police won’t be looking for people like him, but searches the killer on their entourage. He must have thought he’ll escape from the building long before their bodies would have been discovered and the massacre won’t be investigated as a robbery, but as a passionate hate crime.
When he got caught in the condo, he lied that there is one more shooter in the building, and that reveals that the killer was a cold blood psychopath ready to lie to cover up his bad deeds. I’m sure he has not remorse and the only thing he regrets is that he got caught. Denial, projection and throwing guilt on others are the most common defense mechanisms of psychopaths and sociopaths.
Or could be the ramblings of a man with an inferiority complex filled with senseless rage at the world of what he perceives as the ‘rich.’ In his sick mind, maybe he fel they are paying for all of those who were successful, and loved when he was neither.
How is it possible?
I wonder how is it possible in a country like USA things like this to happen? I thought good people there were more protected by the laws, but it seems that only bad people, cold murderers benefit from that protection. If this psychopath had been deported– the doctors might still be alive today. USA Judicial system failed to protect two good people who contributed to the well being of American citizen, but didn’t failed to provide a loophole for a robber to remain in States and not be deported. And now they’re thinking at his rights??
I remember the case of the Australian citizen who got arrested for overstaying US visa by 90 minutes…and this robber was allowed to be free and remain in the USA? I don’t understand.
